Once upon a time, there were Dave and Emma who had decided to open a new shop in the local area of Solihull. 

​

It was nestled amongst a group of shops and it was a very exciting, but let's face it, also a stressful time for the owners. 

​

They rushed to open as soon as possible.  Rent and utilities were already being paid and they needed feet through the door ASAP.

​

It all went well, then okay, then they started to realise things weren't playing out how they thought it would.  They weren't getting the amount of customers through the door that they thought they would and didn't know why!  They had great products, great staff and felt really passionate about their business but things weren't going great.  Something needed to be done but they felt overwhelmed running the shop and didn't know where to start.

​

They then heard about 'No Bull Biz Co'.  Sarah, who runs the business offered to come in and assess what they were currently doing and see what holes in the bucket needed filling.  By identifying this she could come up with a plan of action and become their "secret weapon". 

​
